Roof360 app is a real estate platform needs properties to attract buyers and renters. Agents need buyers and renters before listing their properties feels worthwhile. Starting with little traffic made that relationship even harder.

The Numbers

SEO brought property demand through the web. The website created another route into the app. Search improvements made the property experience easier to use. PR supported visibility on the supply side.

The Situation

A Real Estate App Has a Different Acquisition Problem

Roof360 needed two audiences, and they had very different reasons for coming to the platform. Buyers and renters wanted relevant properties. Agents, sellers, and listers wanted exposure for those properties.

That changed the marketing strategy. Building visibility for only one side would leave the other side waiting.

So the work covered the marketplace from both directions, while making the website part of the acquisition journey rather than treating the app as the only destination.

What We Did

The Part That Actually Changed Things

  1. Made Property Search Easier

People looking for property usually start with a set of conditions. Location, price, and property type. We add filters that gave visitors a simpler way to work through its property data and narrow their search.

  2. Search Beyond the App

Research showed Dominican Republic property searches already started on Google. We built organic campaigns around buyers, renters, agents, sellers, and listers, using blogs, guest posts, and relevant pages to create a path from Google search to Roof360’s website and into the app.

  3. Worked on the Supply Side Too

Traffic alone wasn’t enough. Roof360 also needed inventory, so the strategy focused on bringing visibility to agents, sellers, and listers. PR helped build credibility with real estate professionals while growing the supply side alongside demand.

From an Empty Starting Point to a Moving Marketplace

In three months, Roof360 reached 250+ listings and 1,000+ app downloads from a starting point of zero traffic. The important part was how those numbers were built.
